Unhappy Jetstar Safety Incidents

There are plenty of rumours going around the bases of a VERY VERY heavy landing in the Gold Coast last week by one of the low time pilots , a double engine roll back immediately after takeoff , and a triple ADR failure while in IMC in one of the old aircraft ......

Has anyone been given any feedback from the Safety Department on these incidents? Or, because the Senate Inquiry is coming to an end, is there more evidence of a management culture which fails to report serious incidents to ATSB for independent follow up investigation?

Think carefully.....

The G.

Happens to the best at times.
A Jetstar A320 parked up in WLG for a few hours the other day after a bounced arrival, only assuming it was for a heavy landing check.
