Please, please, please keep up the unity. That is what destroyed us. There are always the "company men," the brown nosers, who will move suburbs just to live near the boss. Weed em out, and treat them with the contempt they deserve. Good luck fellas you are going well. Makes us old 89ers proud (and envious) if only...................

Last time I saw a safety video it was John Travolta!
That's at the start of the video. The bloke being referred to on PPRUNE is towards the end.

Shuffling deck chairs?

Qantas appointed Paul Jones as the carrier's new chief information officer (CIO), effective Apr-2011, and flagged the departure of Chris Seller, its chief architect and head of operations (zdnet, 24-Feb-2011). Mr Jones' most recent position has been as CIO at Mars Incorporated. Mr Seller's role in the business is set to be filled internally by the current
head of IT corporate, freight and IT services, Lachlan McEwan.

Perhaps these murmurings could be getting louder from the Boardroom after today's performance by the Orange Emperor and the Court Jester at today's Senate hearing. AJ backtracked on his own statements so many times, I'm surprised he didn't trip over himself. And BB had for the entire time, a gaunt, distressed look on his face like he took a wrong turn into a really bad neighbourhood. Certainly not want you want to see from CEOs

I'd say they're both on very borrowed time...Here's hoping I'm right...

Not to mention the unexpected question..........tell us about Boston Consulting.

I recall AJ answered they were consultants, just like any other airline would have consultants. As opposed to what they actually consult about!

The line "Bruce has to leave to attend his sisters wedding" didn't cut the mustard.

I think the only possible option left was faking a nosebleed.

His sisters wedding huh??!! You really have to wonder if these individuals take any of this seriously of if they are just going through the motions because they can.

Really hope this enquiry gets some results and not just more guff that we seem to be getting so much of these days.

I would suggest to some of you out there to do some very indepth and comprehensive searching and you will be amazed at what connections you might find in relation to BB, AJ and BC......seek and ye shall find. Dig deep.

The company is Seabury, they make BCG look intelligent by comparison, which is a difficult thing to do.

Former DJ Comms person Amanda Bolger has apparently been appointed the PR and Communications Manager (whatever that is) at QF.

The same flair filled Bolger who cried and howled when Il Deuce punted her boss Heather ? I didn't realise QF were so desperate....
