They have just about everything they need, touristy destination, cheap fares, inclusive package. Just no advertising >.<
Surely advertising campaigns are a necessary expense in their circumstance though? They might not be able to afford it strictly speaking, but its not really the sort of thing one can save up for (ie. if you are making enough to save for one, you don't need to advertise).

"Guam - Soon there may be a new airline on Guam focused on the Guam brand. If everything goes as planned the new airline called Fly Guam will offer routes to and from some of the major cities in Asia"

PacificFlier will commence its much awaited new services between the Republic of Palau in Micronesia to Taiwan and Clark Field, Philippines from the 21st of September 2010. Flights to Hong Kong, Australia and Guam will begin soon subject to final government approval.
PacificFlier will begin with three services a week to Taiwan, Taoyuan International Airport and two services a week to Clark Field, the Philippines. PacificFlier has completed its operational restructure and is looking forward to an exciting new charter in the development of a new region airline. For all enquiries contact one of our local offices in Palau, Taiwan, Philippines or Australia.
Anyone know what aircraft they are using this time ?

From their website it looks as though they will no longer fly to Australia.
Although there is no mention of an aircraft type, from reading between the lines it would appear they may be sourcing an aircraft from the Phillipines.
