Air New Zealand Flight Centre Barcelona Charter

Would like to know if any of the crew on this which ran AKL/BNE/HKG/BCN 16 June, returning 19 June, can advise if it is usual for an APU to shut down the four of five times it did, when trying to start main engines when departing HKG for BCN on 16 June. Never experienced it before and the cabin crew didnt seem too perturbed so can only assume it is a common occurrence. And perhaps no surprise to any 747 drivers, it also shut down on the return, just once mind again at HKG. Is it the weather? Would love to know. And another thing with the IFE. Has anyone else experienced pixalation of the image, and/or jumping/freezing frames and/or individual systems crashing.
Heaps of kudos to both sets of crew, fantastic job boys and girls, not a single complaint from anyone on board, especially with a 24 hour bar and refreshment station. Gotta love that Chivas.
Keep on rockin'
