Jetstar withdrawing services to Hervey Bay

Jetstar must not be doing too well on the Sydney - Hervey Bay route. Pulling out at the end of July. VB will take up the slack, hopefully with 737-800 daily instead of E-190.

I for one much prefer the Embraers. 2x2 seating and no crappy entertainment systems. Quicker to get in and out of.

Every time they extend / rebuild the terminal or extend the runway the airlines cut back. Latest reno's should just be about done when Jstar depart.
