RAAF C-17 in the UK

Why was an RAAF Globemaster sitting in the deck at Prestwick a day or so ago? With our pollies ripping into each other in Canberra this week, it is certainly not at PIK to support any VVIP visits. Is an Aussie invasion of Scotland on the cards?

C-17's aren't VIP transport aircraft. Maybe they're just doing their job.
