Plane Crash at LST
Small experimental plane crashed after takeoff around 1735 hrs EST . Crashed into a paddock between the end of 32L and the town of Evandale. Pilot is believed to be alive but badly injured and was transported by ambulance to LGH.

Launceston Examiner website shows picture of wreckage of a small acft with rego VH-ZMC visible. CASA Acft register shows the type as a "Moni" registered to an East Launceston Address.

Yes Prado I was there when it happened, what I was trying to say (very badly) was that it crashed half way between the threshold of 32L & Evandale. Was in a rush when i typed it and had other things going on at the same time. My apologies.
