Looking forward to having an ale with you then Keg. Aircrew Ops will welcome you with open arms too, and I'm sure you'll get to know them well! ![Wink](https://www.pprune.org/images/smilies/wink2.gif)
Zhaadum, everything is relative. You can interpret it as whinging if you wish, but they're just facts. Just not particularly appealing ones. For the benefit of aspiring QF pilots, I can say everything here is wonderful and rosy - just dandy, though I don't want my nose to shatter my computer monitor.
When the organisation is not running well, professional pilots notice. In fact, they can't help but notice, as they're often right smack in the middle of all the poop. When this repeatedly happens, it negatively affects your outlook. Neither your pay packet nor the size of your plane can prevent this. Burying your head in the sand can prevent it, but that doesn't come naturally to most professional employees. Only to some managers.

I quote from another site that I read some time ago :
"and I fly to Aus sverasl times a year and I did not realize how bad United were until I flew Qantas. I did not realise how bad Qantas were until I flew Singapore. :.
