I'm not saying that the following applies in this case, only the Captain and FA know what exactly transpired. I dont condone someone's bad behaviour in trying to get laid. Who would?
The way the laws are, nowdays (and have been for a long time) is that if you put the hard word on a hostie, you expose yourself to being sacked. If your approach in not "mutually acceptable" you're gunna get screwed in a way that you dont want. This is where 'feminism' has sought to modify social behaviour (courtship) in the workplace. Ironic, as 40% of married couples meet in the workplace.
But there are more than a few Bunny-Boilers out there. This should serve as a warning that you shouldn't try get your meat where you get your money. Never fish in your own pond. Remember the wisdom in the saying "If it flies, floats or f..., rent it". Here, you dont pay for sex, you pay them to go away afterwards.

let me just say in regards to a sexual harrasment against the captain in question he will get that fcuk he was looking for.but he will be the one screwed.when it comes to sexual harrasment with a woman vs male case who do the courts believe ?

The plot thickens, it appears that the HR person responsible for driving this just happens to be related to the flight attendant in question. This means a whole host of process failures would have occurred.
The basic rule of interworkplace relationships is if you do manage to advance to the intimate stage, never never never in her room, always use your room where there are no other parties present or wait till you are out of the workplace altogether. It's a whole lot more difficult to argue she was being harrassed or taken advantage of if she is in your room.

ever shag a hostie in HER room - make sure its in YOUR
room in order to cover your @rse (so to speak). If shes
wurryed shes gonna get seen by her peers going in/out of
your room, book another at a pub round the corner.
The Second Golden Rule is NEVER wank off to others about
who you shagged last nightstop.
Word travels faster in hostie ranks than rats up a drainpipe
and the last thing you want is her BF and/or hubbey to
front your door. ( me havin learnt that the hard way --> )

Good advice slasher. Rule no.5. Never marry a hostie.
Had a mate working for Northwest connect and their rule was never ever bunk in with a hostie as all of them are out to make money on lawsuits of sexual harrassment. Alot people have fallen in that hole. This wont be the last case of this happening.

I used to work in a professional workplace with a very large number of female staff in an environment that required close physical contact. I saw several instances of accusations leveled at male staff because of female discontent, when it was blatantly obvious that the complaint was either false or exaggerated.
Only once did a male staff member do the same. It's a quick easy way for the girls to knock somebody down, and the muds sticks regardless of innocence. Even when the defendants were PROVEN innocent (thank god for security cameras), the complainant went unpunished.
Me thinks I'll stick to going to my Hotel room alone, a few shags ain't worth risking the career and reputation, I've seen too much of this sort of sh*t before.
If this turns out to be a farce (which it appears to be) then do we get to find out the Hostie's name?
