Emergency at Auckland ?

Whats the go with that (looked like Air National) J32 and a possible engine fire at auckland this morning ? Anyone know anything ?

Funny how Peter Williams stated on One News, that it was a business jet when videos showed that it had props......

Haha, good call, kiwipilot02!

Was trying to teach my girls the difference between an Airbus and a 737. Miss 10 pointed to the aircraft on finals and said "now Mum - THAT'S a 737, cos it doesn't have winglets".

Well, she WAS correct in that it didn't have winglets...

but the two spinning things sticking out the front led me to further explanations that there's a plane called a Saab...

...and the whole country went dark... !

The 737s here don't have winglets (0r so I was taught... ) when I take them abroad I'll change my description!

Not sure what part of the country you're in kiwi chick, but what about Pacific Blue, Air Pacific, Qantas and Polynesian Blue 737s?
