Qantas Long-haul / short-haul pay and rosters
Hi everyone this is my first post, so please be gentle
Been in aviation for 10 years getting experience for Qantas, and hopefully should get some sort of call in the next year or so (got a few irons in the fire).
Just a question to anybody who knows: what are the current salaries and rosters like for Qantas long-haul and short-haul S/O and F/O positions?
And please don't let this turn in to a winge/gossip page from some womens magazine, like it happens frequently!
Honest, simple question, simple answer, thanks all!

Base pay
737 Minimum pay $135/hr guaranteed 55 hr/ month = $89100
744 Compared to S/O 151hr x 6.5 x 96.55/ hr (7th year) = $94764
737
- Anywhere you pax you get half pay
- No credits for being on sby however if you get called out you get a minimum of 4 hrs pay
- 4 hrs credit for eps and sim
- Get $4.21 for every duty hour you are away from home.
744 S/O
- 5:30 / day
- 6:20 for eps
Input your hours to get a more accurate result
Hope this helps
