Perth Engineers also in the Courts last week ?
Hear that the engineers are also in the courts in WA over AWA issues , can anyone enlighten.
seems NJS again using a BIG Stick not discussion and handshake!!!!
also looks like alot of the instigators of NJS policy have left or been pushed over the last few years to DISEASE other companies,jstar/Qf/Express Freighters/Air North and many others if not all others!!!!

Rumour around bull**** castle here in Adelaide is that a close friend is in the firing line.
His duty statement in OM 1 puts the onus directly on him to maintain "industrial harmony". He can join GMHR and GM line maintenace at centre link. Oh well you lay down with dogs and you get up with flees. Lucky I keep my nose clean by crawling around the floor like a snake. No one knows what I get up to.
I am expecting the security guards to escort him from the premises over the next day or so, as has become the norm over recent months any time soon.
I have spoken to my bum chums in CASA and I reckon the job is mine with a pay increase!!!
I am not sure who will have him, his name is MUD over in the sand pit, VB are aware of his character floors. Maybe back to REX???

That's a damn shame (for him)- looks like he will have to self fund his legal team when he gets presented with the writ. I am quite sure that NJS management would not entertain funding the expenses of an EX employee for alleged ILLEGAL conduct.

If you are confused your in good company so,I believe ,was the commissioner. He has asked NJS to give their method to him in writing.
On another note I hear that they are losing 2 more Avionic engineers in Perth. If this keeps up there will be no Av coverage on some of the shifts. Seems that these great conditions at NJ are not so great after all

They are listening, QLink management that is. 737's to the westcoast some 717's to the east coast to be crewed by EAA & SSA, 400's and some 300's to stay 200's/100's to go. This will be to combat the E-Jets and Tiger as well retain some regional pilots.

Tell you who else is listening, the senators and MPs that had friendly visits from Cobham MD Alex Hannan last time he toured Dunnunda. Except the story the honourable senators are hearing now is not about shiny uav's and worlds best practice fom a pom.

717's for east coast
Seems there may be some 717's also based in Canberra or Melb to service the SE corner against the e jets,so some 737 can be released to the west

That really is a question for management.
The pilots are and always have been ready to sit down and talk.
We are the lowest paid already, we will not accept 1c less than what has been promised us.
