VB B737 documents
Hi
I am just getting back into flying after having a break and was wondering if anyone had available their old 737 manuals ( I understand that VB have just issued some new ones to their crews) I would be happy to pay for postage etc.
Not sure if they are a 'controlled document' but any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

They are indeed Controlled Documents, but this doesn't mean that they are prevented from falling into the hands of the Osama brigade. It means that they are subject to an accountable system of amendments, usually involving 2kg of seek and destroy paperwork each time a new registration is added to the list.
From time to time a new set of manuals is issued on CD and the old one is discarded. If you have a friend flying for VB that CD could accidentally fall into your hands, but personally I wouldn't be handing it to someone I don't know.

Save yourself postage and have a look here
http://http://www.b737.org.uk/aircraftsystems.htm
Under system description you can access information in more detail and better explained than in the boeing manuals.
Hope this helps.
