He's fabbo!

Let me see......
Apart from lowering moral, stopping training, introducing the revolutionary 'AME for life' scheme and dividing and almost conquering Perth, not much.

He has also brought a new level of smarmy b.s talk to the group.

Hopefully what he has really done is strengthen people's resolve to stick together for a better outcome.

All in all, I say yeah M.

Whats he done?

Big M, so far achieve outstanding cost savings in reducing training, budgets, manpower levels....on the slightly minus side which is totally covered up, increased delays due lack of manpower, reduced the skill level at almost every station, destroyed what remaining morale was in engineering, advised us all that there is no job guarantee's in engineering, put in bids for contracts on an aircraft type (A380) that no one is trained on or operating as yet, introduced management terms from America that are 10 to 15 years old......
Ensured his buddies at Amazing People got plenty of kick backs in running suppossedly management courses and team building exercises
Has he had an affect...sure...another SUBARU! out to Imprezza all the upper management...
So where do we go from here?
Morale is at a new low, people are looking at other options as Engineering is no longer a long term viable option anymore...Career wise it is now as has been..
