Any word on the other 2 jets?? What 1 in CNS and 1 in DRW I presume? Anyone care to take a punt on what routes they will service? Hamo? Port Moresby? ROK? Bali? ASP-BNE? DRW-BME?

Rodney,

Thanks for that mate.

One day you will get off your light twin.

Nothing wrong with thrusting a terrier now and then.

But surely the thrusting hurts with all that sand getting caught up in it.

Light twin??? Just rememeber Bloggsy - I've done it on single jets, twin jets, tri-jets and quad jets. Get some engines up ya Camel Bandit!!!!!!

Cool

I was wondering how many guys are signing up with NJS under the new AWA with the 'B Scale' pay package on offer? or are they struggling to get pilots on board under those terms and conditions?

Do pilots get a choice of which base they will end up or does NJS allocate you a basing?

I heard they were on a huge recruitment drive at the moment!!

Itd be a hard pill to swallow knowing that most of the biscuit chuckers are pulling in more than the B scalers...

Just reading in Australian Aviation that three of the jets now operated by Natjet are to be returned as their leases have expired. It would sem logical now, that the three mothballed aircraft are to replace these and are not extras.

'cept Dog One that there were 6 mothballed 71s and NJS're getting 6 and loosing 3 = extra 3.

Thanks for the update Capt, the article didn't mention the extra three coming out. All NJS need now is to find some additional crews.

How many extra crews would they need for the 3 new seven ones? Where will the aircraft be utilised?
