Contract F100 pilots for Skywest?

Just curious as to why Skywest would need contact F100 pilots (as per friday's "Australian")

Have they been losing experienced crew or is it expansion related?

I understand from sources that it will be a very short term contract on offer(perhaps in the order of a few months).
Given the short term nature of this employment and the paltry salary that no doubt will be on offer, it would be very hard for them to find any suitable takers for the job.

Both really,

Skywest have lost several experienced Jet pilots who would have been most suitable for command upgrades on the jet.

XR are apparently seeking to fill the void in the supply of air services as one of the other operators at PH cannot fullfil obligations as it loses staff.

If you read the ad, it states that T&Cs are as currently stated in the Skywest Pilots Agreement.

Skywest have had to cancel quite a few F100 flights over the past few months due to no crew being available. They are also losing alot of Ad-Hoc charter flexibility due to the crew situation.
