Why are QF ACS staff formally lectured that a " What's in it for me " attitude is counter productive, considering QF's attitude towards EBA 8, rosters etc, etc.

What's good for the goose???????

If bringing in people on overtime and lecturing them about having a counter productive attitude is the best they can do, then they are in real trouble.

What are they going to do if people do have a counterproductive attitude??? Outsource much of their previous capabilities, offer substandard/no payrises, cut back on training, force people on to unwanted/unproductive rosters, have mass redundancies- OH, they've already done that!!!(Gee I wonder why people have a counter productive attitude).

I think ACS managers are about to find a new definition of counter productive attitude that no amount of lecturing will remedy.
