Ex sydney heavy maintenance where are you now?

Its over six months since the closure of sydney heavy maintenance I was wondering how the guys and gals that left are doeing.
Those in new sections in qantas, those that left did you stay in avation or leave the industry altogether?

Quite a few have been turning up North and south of Syd, working for a British company, some for a well known American manufacturer as contractors and i have heard of a few appearing at townsville and darwin.

moved on to bigger and better things,i now own a bottle shop,earning double to what i was getting as a LAME and i have weekends off,will never return to the industry,good luck to you all who are left,you'll need it.

I know one bloke also who owns a Bottle-O since he was Released from his contract. Seems to be a common thread here
