The last time Jimmy Bowtie, alias FIGJAM, was appointed to the Board, he got rid of the CEO and had himself installed. This lead to such greats as Big Gazza, the angry naval engineer, little GD, those wonderful people trainers, wonder woman, no aircraft purchases, withdrawal from routes....

Maybe GD has accepted the PBL appointment because he has a feeling in his little bones

Dame Margaret is the Chairman of the Board, not the CEO. Jimmy was the CEO and never the Chairman. So only an average attempt at a sledge!

Perhaps if it was talking to GD about how to be a CEO in 'tough times'.....nah, all JBT did was slice and dice as well and we've seen that GD is a dab hand at that game!
