Qantas Mel terminal integration
It would appear that the proposed integration of the domestic and international terminals engineering work-forces is gathering some momentum, and not just from the upper management level.
Would be interested to hear some meaningful discussion on this subject, either for or against as little is being said by the ALAEA reps, having said that perhaps they have little to comment on until the facts are known.
Many questions need to be answered such as possible "enforced shift pattern changes", will redundancies be offered and how many, supervision numbers and amicably sorting out a pecking order with regard to future training.
Spare us the "red team/blue team" crap please.
