Hi all,
Yes 'VTM', I too operated the 727s in Kuwait with Dave, was on board with him on his first flight as Captain in a 727 in KAC, in '92 I think.
If I remember Dave lived in Galia, I lived in Alia at Fintas Twrs, I left KAC in DEC94, from the '74 fleet.
Understand he converted to A320s, saw him one early morning in flight planning someplace in North Africa some years later.
Then, only a few years later, in Sunbury, Melbourne area, I saw him again, in '98 I think, it was the last time I was to see him.
Always a cheerful chap, had some interesting ideas sometimes.
Its always a shock to hear of the passing of someone you knew very well.
