Live frog in QF inflight salad (merged)
Sorry to break up the frog jokes, but isn't it interesting that again it is called QF and not Jetconnect so Qantas gets the blame but well, not QF. Now thats a joke that isn't so funny.

A Wairarapa man is being praised for his quick thinking after he accidentally brought an Australian cane toad into New Zealand.
The alien amphibian had hitched a ride in one of his shoes packed in his luggage.
When it was discovered in the kitchen the morning after the man arrived home, he took it to the Wairarapa Department of Conservation office for identification, where it was humanely put down.
Cane toads are a major pest in Australia's eastern states, and MAF says they would have an extremely detrimental impact on New Zealand.
As well as the danger of introducing parasites or illnesses that could affect native animals, they are poisonous to mammals.
The toad incident follows yesterday's revelation that an a whistling tree frog hitched a ride on a Qantas in-flight salad to this country.

regitaekilthgiwt .. Jetconnect is a 100% owned company by Qantas Airways Ltd .. they operate QANTAS flights, they use QANTAS flight numbers, QANTAS catering, and QANTAS everything else. The aircraft are owned by QANTAS
Jetconnect IS QANTAS (NEW ZEALAND) .. get it !!
It was a QANTAS Flight !!
Jetconnect have nothing to do with the issue here !!

Dashim, mate, you have exactly made my point about Jetconnect and soon to be Jetstar. It is all Qantas however the crewing is the equivalent of rape, or close to anyhow. How is it not transfer of business...? Especially as you so correctly illustrate it is all Qantas but run from NZ. It is a joke just like old Freddo in the salad...

I really should be ashamed of myself for making such a comment.......(but I'm not!!)
