7E7 is bloody ugly! Any wonder ANA has grabbed it!

Pax dont really care what the thing looks like - as long as it has two wings, a tail and looks like it can fly.
If Boeing can make this thing live up to specifications (something Airbus has had trouble with on a regular occasion) then they have a real winner here.
Airbus really have a competition on their hands.

Blue Line
I believe it will still have a control column instead of the side stick. Boeing are planning a CCQ type endorsement with the B777. Similar to the B767/757 and the A330/340.
TIMMEEEE
The outfit I work for is both a big Boeing and Airbus customer. To be honest we have had just us much problems with both aircraft manufactures. The first B777-300 came in about 5t heavier than planned. The early A340-600 was close to 9t over weight. The biggest problem has been in engine performance. The RB211-524G’s when upgraded to H’s I think didn’t meet manufactures performance spec’s. The Trent 700’s in the early days had gearbox problems and the Trent 900’s currently burns 2% more fuel than they are suppose to.

1279shp,
I must disagree, I reckon it's looks fantastic, even with the surfboard fin tail! Looking into the specs, it will be the Duck's Nuts of the sky and should propel Boeing back to it's deserved place of No. 1.
As for ugly, the A380 is hideous, but not as ugly as the Pacific Blue livery! Surely someone could've put some thought into it!

Nunc est bibendum
Geez hoss, I was excited until I realised I was having a slysdexic moment.
Hmmm. The 'Keg Jet' does have a nice ring to it. I'll have to start referring to the B744 like that if I get my slot!
