Question New Operation

Anyone know anything about a new startup operation with two 737-300's called Palau Air?. Looks like they will be flying from Japan and Australia.

Could it be anything to do with the 727 op based in Saipan that was mentioned on here a while ago? Same sort of route network - out of BN, thru Saipan and some other ports, eventually ending up in Japan. Oceania was the name mentioned and they were going to use combi 72s with about 80 pax and the rest freight. Don't know if they got up and running.
