Stage 3 - 31 July 2009
 

I had my Stage 3 on Friday 31 July (Andrew) and passed but they also told me by phone on Monday 3 Aug so pretty pronto.

Sorry to hear that Dave I had visions of us having a good time. Are you going to try again?

Has anybody else heard from Stage 3 on 31 July?

well i just heard i passed stage 3 so i'm over the moon

had stage 3 on the 28th and didn't hear until today, so Suffolk you were very lucky. Must have a different set of interviewers because the ladies that interviewed me only wokred on Monday and Tuesdays!

I'm sooo happy.

Congratulations folks! Do you have an idea of when you'll be starting yet and on which course?

Medical
 

All I know is I have a medical on 11 Sep 2009 (of all the dates to choose in aviation history eh) then security and references before they offer any further information on start dates or course type.

I have been informed I must provide a covering letter from my school with regards to my GCSE achievements for the course (at least five GCSEs, or equivalent, at Grade C or above, including English and Maths).

This is due to my mother in her infinite wisdom has lost my exam certificates as she loves to move house, you might say it is her hobby.

Anyone else having a medical on 11 Sep 2009 so I can compare the pace of the application process?

Suffolk i have booked my medical for September 11th as well so that could work as a marker if you want. Have a coouple of minor indiscretions on my security form which i expect will slow (but hopefully not halt) proceedings!

Hey, just found out I passed stage 2, only sat it 2 days ago, that was bloody quick!

Any one else from 3rd Aug had their results yet?

First post for me on here.... a big thank you to all contributors. I have used the forum in preperation for my stage 1 & 2 and found it very useful.Had my stage 2 on Monday (3rd), and just found out that i passed!!! Anyone else on here form Monday 3rd?....... Have you found out yet?

Nice one Olivia! Can't believe how quickly we heard! Can you remember the name of the chap who we spoke to at lunch? I want to take him up on his offer of a visit.

I know! I thought for sure I'd have failed because I heard back so quickly!

I can't remember, wasn't it Gary or something? I seem to recall his surname beginning with an 'o' but that's not very helpful. I'd give the HR ladies a call - they've always been very helpful when I've called them.

You guys booked your dates yet, let me know what dates you book, would be good to know if we are on the same dates again.

Good luck for that, I may well be joining you if I can get the tour in before then!

Unfortunately I can't do the 8th, so it looks like the 29th, although that's not ideal either! The 8th might be a bit soon for getting visits in... I have no idea how long that would take.

Just found out today that I passed. Sorry to hear that you didnt get in Dave, congratulations to you Andrew. I see you have booked your medical for the 11th September, I am booked in for 21st August. When do you think you are going to start the course? I have requested February.
