Air Traffic Assistants Vacancies
Hey,
Just wondering if any of you ATCO's know of any ATCA/ATSA vacancies at any units around the UK?
I realise most generally recruit "new" people and train them locally rather than going to the expence of advertising etc.
I am really keen to get back to doing assistant work in ATC with a view to take a career as an ATCO is about 3 - 4 years time.
Any insider knowledge would be appreciated.
Thanks

Try checking the recruitment part of the NATS website as sometimes ATSA and ACPO vacancies appear there.
Otherwise I've heard it may be worth your while writing to the College at Bournemouth or the personnel manager at LACC - the rumour mill has it that there may be external vacancies forthcoming.

ATSA vacancies at West Drayton
There is an EXTERNAL recruitment being done at the moment for ATSA 1 simulator drivers at the London Terminal Control Centre.
Suggest you phone the human resources dept at West Drayton for more details.
Good Luck.
