ATC Visit

After posting a thread some time ago regarding a visit to an ATC, and receiving welcoming invites, I would now like to pass my thanks to the controllers at Birmigham ATC.

As a student pilot, wanting to understand what goes on both in and around the aircraft, but on the other side of the PTT switch, I found the visit to be very informative.

It certainly shows that as a PPL you never know the full picture, and that the controllers do go out of their way to help.

So a big thanks once again and I really do reccomend both PPL's with tons of hours or students to take a bit of time out and appreciate what a sound job the ATC people do.

Cheers.
