Question "MOR" meaning

Hi, being from a different country, I'd appreciate if somebody would tell me the exact meaning of the acronym "MOR".

In the UK it stands for Mandatory Occurrence Report - it's an incident reporting scheme run by the CAA. Full details are in CAP 382.
