CAA pension fund

Anyone know the story about the discovery that, strangely enough, the pension fund is being halved in value ?

If you're talking about the surplus in the fund it wouldn't surprise me. Since 9/11 the stock market has seen massive falls, I know the fund isn't ALL in there, but a fair proportion of the surplus will have gone the way of the dodo. With the pension holiday as well, things may be beginning to look dodgy. We can only hope that the company is in a position to be able to contribute the required amount if there is a shortfall.

I'm seriously looking at some options which, if started early should help pave the way to a more secure retirement, just in case.

Can anyone think of 6 numbers between 1 and 49?
