Booking out with ATC (software)

I have been tasked with investigating the possibility of introducing a simple computerised booking out system for pilots flying from a small but busy grass airfield with AFIS. The aims of this are to reduce r/t loading during busy periods, and, as an alternative to telephone booking out, which would increase FISO workload, with the information instead being received in the tower on a printer.

Does anyone know if there is any existing software which would do this over a computer network or any ideas as to how this could be acheived?

drop me an email or pm, and i'll talk you through some of the possibilities - there are all sorts of ways of doing it, so good, and some reserved only for NATS controlled airfields!
