"Overheard the other day......"
This will probably start a major argument, but I have to ask.
The other day I heard a nasty rumour that Air Services Australia's Management have been heard to advocate the policy that they don't really want to recruit long term "Career" Air Traffic Controllers. With conditions and EBA's and alike, they ideally would like their controllers to work 10 years and not have to worry about Pension/Superannuations, long service leave etc.
Gonna apologise now if I have offended anybody!
