BDX volmet -- BDX controllers?

BDX volmet -- BDX controllers?
Not sure if Bordeaux control actually maintains the BDX Volmet, but I'm wondering if whoever does is aware of the fact that the first sound sample on the volmet station is wrong?
Instead of saying:
"All stations, this is Bordeaux radio"
It says:
"Palma de Mallorca, Bordeaux radio"
It's been that way for months and months, so I'm wondering wether anyone actually knows
