Question Concorde radio frequencies

What radio frequencies, in order, does BA Concorde contact in the UK when flying to and from New York?

As HD says, Concorde talks to the same as everybody else.

Although sometimes, the vectoring of Concorde onto the final approach would be better done by DJ Pat Sharpe on Heart 106.2

Inbound {typical}

sector 9 132.95 sector6 133.6 sector23 134.75 TC Ockham 134.12. Not sure after that, but it seems to land in the London area ......I think there's a big airport near Hounslow.
