And if you go to the Intranet (OnAir)and look at the Pay Unit's site they've even developed a little calculator to tell you how much your back pay will be - before tax of course!

The final deal is we bottled it and we can now sit back and carry on being shafted year after year but at the same time complain about everything!!!

Did the % increases (which i cannot now remember as it seems so long ago!) include increases to UHP as well?

Pay

Yellow Monster, How do you get to the Pay Unit's intranet site to find this backpay calculator? I searched from the home page for Pay Unit and got garbage (as usual).

The back pay calculator is on the home page of the pay folks. Easiest way to get to it (have put it in my favourites ) is to click the link on the OnAir home page 'cause it was updated recently.

The pay deal, for ATSA grades, was:

From 1st Jan 2002 - 2.2% inc UHP

1st Jan 2003 - 3.7% inc UHP

1st April 03 - 0.5 % NOT UHP

1st Dec 03 - 2.2% NOT UHP

OK?

Congrats
