Departure obstructions

Can anyone out there help me? I am doing some research and need to know the answer to this question - in the AIP it lists airfield obstructions for a particular aerodrome (AD section) that must be able to be cleared in event of an engine failure at V1. i.e. mast at 1500 ft , etc. So far so good. But where can I find listed info on nearby obstacles/obstructions outside of the airfield itself but nearby? For example, Russ Hill at EGKK after a 26L DEP? (Think of the Continental DC10 which just managed to clear Russ Hill after the port engined stalled at V1).

Thanks in advance if you help me on this one!!

You need a "type A" chart each Airfield has one - probably called something even more obscure under JAR.
