Future career options

I’m a current controller at TC. APS rating only. British national.

While I love the job and have no major issues that would make me push to leave NATS, having a young family does make me consider other options. While I know the grass isn’t always greener, I’m wonder which countries are realistic for someone in my position that may not be common knowledge?

There doesn’t need to be current vacancies and I’m not in need of package info atm (although if you know I’d be interested) but where should I be keeping an eye on in future?

With Brexit unfortunately EU won't be an option for you anymore I suppose?
