Atpl Air Low Question

Hi,

this is an ATPL AIR LAW QUESTION:

An aircraft in receipt of radar service is told to "resume own navegation". This means:

a) The pilot is responsible for own navegation
b) Radar vectoring is terminated

TangoAir,

Yes, it means that you are no longer being vectored, and that you are to resume your own navigation along your filed route.

For example:

You are flying to ORD via DAY V277 FWA V340 OXI V340 BEARZ ORD, due to traffic or weather I vector you off course.

I will clear you depending on your position: X miles from FWA fly heading 330 until able direct OXI resume own navigation on course.
