ATC Electronic forms

Do any units use electronic forms for such things as OJTI reports, level checks, refresher training etc?

Anyone have any experience of these or can recommend which companies product that they use please?

Before I retired in '08, NATS used electronic forms extensively.

Everything is electronic, no I cannot recommend it.......
