How does your ANS conduct On-Job Training

Hi all,

I'm an ATS professional who is conducting some research on how OJT is conducted around the world. I'm curious as to how much it differs from country to country. To keep a common framework for the research, would you consider answering the following questions

1. At your unit, how do you divide your phases of OJT?
2. Are the phases the same regardless of sector/specialty?
3. How do your students transition from one phase to the next?
4. Do you define the time spent within each phase?
5. On average, how long does it take from commencing OJT to qualification
6. How do you tackle performance issues with the student?
7. How do you monitor student performance?
8. Do you monitor instructor performance? If so how?
9. How would you rate the success of your program?
10. If able, please share the country and or unit of where the OJT program is being conducted.

Are there any other aspects of your OJT program that I've missed and you would like to share?

Would you be willing to answer some follow up questions?

Any time you can devote to this is really appreciated.
