Does Spain recruit experienced ATC's with an EASA licence ?

A more useful answer: you do need to be ICAO 6 in Spanish and ICAO 4+ in English for ENAIRE:
This is last year's recruitment call: https://empleo.enaire.es/empleo/OcupSrv?accion=salir Supposedly this year's should be pretty much the same conditions. Sorry, there's just the Spanish version of it...

Thanks for this complete answer. I hold ICAO English 5. I know basics of Spanish. With improvement, how easy it is to get Spanish level 6 ?

Let's say it won't be more difficult nor easier than getting English level 6. Being native Spanish myself I've never had to pass this test. Just guessing but probably with Saerco or Ferronats you don't need level 6 but maybe just a 5 or even 4? Not sure...

No idea, sorry mate. Just heard through the grapevine that T&C aren't that great at all, so many of them looking fwd to jumping off onto the adrift Enaire boat.
