A more useful answer: you do need to be ICAO 6 in Spanish and ICAO 4+ in English for ENAIRE:

Let's say it won't be more difficult nor easier than getting English level 6. Being native Spanish myself I've never had to pass this test. Just guessing but probably with Saerco or Ferronats you don't need level 6 but maybe just a 5 or even 4? Not sure...
