Do we need NOTAM
Hello everybody
VOR/DME is not work and we have NOTAM for that . SID procedure associated to that VOR/DME. Question is, do we need NOTAM for cancellation SID procedures? And any reference for answer.
Thanks

Right, my quote not actually helpful to your question, apologies.
I would be happy to accept VOR-based departure with the VOR being u/s, since the aircraft is actually certified to fly a VOR APCH without the NAVAID. but many others simply cannot. A NOTAM highlighting the affected SID/STARs (*) would be nice to have.
Still probably nowhere near what you asked about.

Heathrow and Gatwick will very soon have their alternate STARs withdrawn completely as all aircraft are required to be RNAV equipped to land. Can't quite remember the date they are withdrawn though.
