Which frequency?

Hi guys.

I'm currently looking for employment and don't have an awful lot to do... so I set up an antenna on the top of my roof and ran it down to my vhf receiver.

I live off the north coast of Scotland so I was thinking I might be able to get some of the transatlantic traffic on my radio - maybe the stuff north of Shetland? I looked online for appropriate frequencies but they're so vague. I've attached a pic of the area I'd be interested in.

According to the vhf range formula, I could technically receive transmissions from 250NM away (line of sight), so range shouldn't be an issue

Psss... don't forget the law regarding a)listening to the air band and b) publishing what you may hear..

I've trawled through the AIP... there are a ridiculous number of frequencies and it's all in a bit of a confusing layout unfortunately.

I was hoping someone just had a couple of recent frequencies.
