NATS Management bonuses?
OF COURSE THEY ARE!!!
Believe me, I know! I'm one of the lucky, lucky ones that was 'made an offer I couldn't refuse' - take redundency. They couldn't even get that right! The Rules state '3 months notice of date of severence' - how long did we get? 3 LOUSY WEEKS!!! I used to be proud to work for NATS, but quite honestly, was highly releived when I 'escaped'. It was painful to discover that a few of the 'big boys (& girls)' in the top jobs were patting each other on the back, and awarding themselves little sweetners.
