'senior' ADR controllers at busy airport

Hi,
I am an ADR controller working at Brussels airport and I would like to communicate with ADR colleagues (50 years or more ) working at EHAM,EDDK, EGLL or others busy airports.

Point of clarification required.

I assume that you are talking about operational ATCO's over the age of 50?
