Redundancies?
Just read that they have stopped the VR deals at present ......is this correct?If so can they cut the amount of Redundancy/Early retirement packages without negotiation?

If you are reffering to NATS, the deal will be covered in the green book.

Any organisation can withdraw a VR deal once posted.
