ICAO level 4

Hi everybody,
I have a problem with icao level 4 certifacate. I need to get icao level 4 certificate as soon as possible but in my counrty there is no accredated university, school or institution where ı can obtain it from. Also i called Civil Aviation Authorty and Air Navigation service Provider but it is not possible to get icao level 4 within 6 months. So i am looking for other options. I have to find somewhere which i can be assessed in europe or UAE. Is there anybody here who can help me out about it?

Air English

Warning - do NOT touch Air English with a bargepole. They will give you all the marketing spiel but their's is not a valid test. They will of course tell you they have been authorised by the Belgian CAA, but that does not mean this test is any good. Just ask them for their ICAO endorsement or validity statement, NOT a sales brochure!

May I suggest you contact 'English for Aviation Language Testing System' [EALTS] based at Bournemouth in the UK. They are an accredited training and testing centre. You can be assessed there. I hope this information will help you Telephone +44 1202 291556. email:- [email protected]

I now have some more information. EALTS is UK CAA and therefore EASA States approved.Their website EALTS for demonstration and sample material. The UK centre for the test is at MLS in Bournemouth (English Language, Business Management and English for Aviation courses in the UK :: M.L.S International College). I am aware that the centre has done testing for a number of UAE based pilots in the last couple of months and the pilots were more than happy with the service.
