No, but some previous employees might have gone somewhere where the sand is greener and might be considering coming back... can't imagine why...

At least that's fair on those staying on but will new hires be offered an "incentive"?
I wholeheartedly agree with your last point. 12 years ago I left NATS and have never considered returning.
