ex-director of Uksatse Cherednichenko (was fired for corruption) still controls it, also has lots of office workers loyal to him. New director Zdorovets couldn't get to main office for few days, as people blocked his way to it. Even controllers were forced to do it by ATC managers. So Zdorovets hired some guys from National Guard of Ukraine and finally entered office)
