Thumbs up Atc transmitter frequencies

Hi I'm new to pprune so apologies if I've posted this question in the wrong forum.

I've recently purchased a scanner and keen to understand what VHF and UHF frequencies transmit from the warlingham and Reigate transmitters. Anyone know the best place to find this info out from plse ? Thanks

123.225 transmits from both sites.
Most airports have their own transmitter site in addition to those shown on the diagram.
