Who provides ATC at USAF air bases in the UK, USAF or host nation?

I can only speak for Upper heyford where it was a ix of USAF personnel and UK civil ATCOs employed by the USAF. I strongly suspect that ATC at the remaining few USAF bases is provided by USAF military personnel.
